There is no option to delete an account on the Gentoo Bugzilla website. This option should be added/enabled, or clarification on how to delete a Gentoo Bugzilla account should be added to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Guide like how it is at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Forums#Account_removal_requests for the Gentoo Forums
A reliable source informed me that deletion requests can be sent to infra-privacy@gentoo.org. From this, I would conclude that either nobody has thought to publish this information or that, quite possibly, it is not being made widely known on account being labourious to act upon.
