Even though links-2.1_pre15 has USE-flags set to "-gpm" as a default, it still wants gpm as a dependency. Manually setting USE to "-gpm" doesn't work either.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="-gpm" emerge -pv links
2.

Actual Results:  
Portage still wanted to install gpm with links.

Expected Results:  
no gpm, only links

yes, and this is fixed in pre17, please try that instead.
