I suggest updating the license of websites from Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike version 3.0 to version 4.0.

The same arguments as in bug 664112 apply:
- List of improvements in version 4.0: https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/licensing-considerations/version4/
- The "g" logo (which is licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0) is included on all pages, so claiming in the footer that the page is licensed under CC-BY-SA-3.0 is not entirely correct.
- CC-BY-SA-4.0 is the default recommendation in GLEP 76.
