openvpn-9999.ebuild

OpenVPN dco support has landed in master, and with it a few new dependencies.
As well as obviously the dco kernel module itself.

Find attached an updated openvpn-9999 ebuild with the new dependencies and a few minor misc fixes to make it actually work again. The two patches have long made it into openvpn master, so they could be dropped. And the IPv6 readme is gone.

Additionally I attached an ebuild for the dco kernel module itself.
