Patch to make etc-update work on Artix Linux

Hi devs,

I just noticed that etc-update is present in Arch's repos, and can be used there. On Artix, it can be installed as well, but etc-update doesn't detect it correctly (and searches for portageq, which it doesn't find).

So, apparently, etc-update does support Arch -- maybe, you want to make it detect Artix correctly as well?

The (trivial) patch to make it work is attached.
