Attached is an updated package version of the GURU package dev-lang/fbc which is the FreeBASIC compiler. Also attached is dev-lang/fbc-boostrap, which is required to compile the compiler as FreeBASIC is self-hosting. Highlights include: * Compiler version bump to 1.09.0. * EAPI version bump to EAPI 8. * Slightly improved the patch logic for dev-lang/fbc-bootstrap. I don't have git access into GURU (yet) so I have attached the two tar files instead.

I forgot to mention, I also updated the keywording since the FreeBASIC bootstrapper works on some arches but not others ex. it is known to be badly broken on PPC due to multiple endianness issues.
