Description Rigo 2002-10-02 06:33:03 UTC
Hi all,

I'm gonna use this report to communicate with other users about the Omnibook
6100 and it's modules/pci-devices ea...

So far:

Sound (alsa), DRI (Direct Rendering), irda and Wireless networking are
completed..If somebody is interested I'll write a short howto for those
components, but am more curious right now about people with testresults for the
winmodem. lspci tells me it recognizes my modem, but I have absolutely no
previous experience with PPP/linmodems, so I know hardly where to start ;-)

lspci -v:

02:02.0 Communication controller: 3Com Corporation Mini PCI 56k Winmodem
Subsystem: 3Com Corporation: Unknown device 6137
	Flags: medium devsel, IRQ 10
	Memory at f0019000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64]
	Memory at f0000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64K]
	Memory at f0010000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=32K]
	I/O ports at 3400 [size=64]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2
