Build log

When trying to install Akregator, dev-db/mysql-connector-c is pulled in as a dependency and fails to build. The issue is consistent and also happens with the -r1 version of the package. See build log for details.

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:383 (MESSAGE):
  Could not find gcc-8

Do you have some stray /etc/lsb-release or /etc/os-release or something?
Comment 3 Emil Jacobs 2022-08-06 23:40:51 UTC
Ah yes. That was it. The /etc/os-release was custom to circumvent a zoom bug ~two years ago. Forgot about it. Moving the file solved it. Thanks for the quick reply :)
