KDE-3.4.0 Configure toolbars
In Konquerer, Kmail, KColoredit, (it seems every KDE-3.4 program wich uses "Configure toolbars".:
"current actions" is not updated when adding an action to the main toolbar.
(other toolbars not tested).
Pressing "apply" does not help, one has to restart the action "configure toolbars"
"current actions" is updated when removing an action to the main toolbar.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open application
2. Right click on toolbar 
3. Choose "Configure Toolbars"
4. Add an available action

Actual Results:  
Added action was not visible in "Current action" 

Expected Results:  
Added action should be visible in "Current action". Without restart of 
"Configure Toolbars"
