Description Allen Brooker (AllenJB) 2005-03-21 14:36:44 UTC
When I try to emerge yafray, it fails the sanity check. I note that a similar bug was filed as #82296 and fixed, and my .ebuild file has the libtoolize --copy --force line in.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge yafray
2.
3.

Actual Results:
checking for x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-strip... strip
checking for correct ltmain.sh version... no

*** Gentoo sanity check failed! ***
*** libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch! ***
*** (libtool.m4 = 1.5.10, ltmain.sh = 1.5) ***

Please run:

  libtoolize --copy --force

if appropriate, please contact the maintainer of this
package (or your distribution) for help.

make: *** [config.status] Error 1

!!! ERROR: media-gfx/yafray-0.0.6 failed.
!!! Function src_compile, Line 556, Exitcode 2
!!! emake failed

Expected Results:
succesful emerge

Comment 1 Chris White (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-03-21 14:39:28 UTC
Looks like yafray needs libtoolize fixing.
Comment 2 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-03-21 15:17:28 UTC
not a blocker
Comment 3 Luca Barbato gentoo-dev 2005-03-21 16:27:18 UTC
I'd like to have yafray-0.0.7 stable on amd64 so I can remove the previous ones.
Comment 4 Karol Wojtaszek (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-03-22 06:26:08 UTC
Marked stable on amd64.
