Trying to install dev-libs/libxslt-1.1.13 failed with:

checking for perl... perl
checking for python... /usr/bin/python
Found Python version 2.4
Found libxml2-python module
checking for libgcrypt-config... /usr/bin/libgcrypt-config
Crypto extensions will be available.
Enabling debugger
checking for libxml libraries >= 2.6.17... configure: error: Version 2.6.15 found. You need at least libxml2 2.6.17 for this version of libxslt

As you can see, the dependency of libxslt-1.1.13 should be updated.
