I have konqueror and kdelibs instaled (3.4), when i try to emerge showimg it show a very long dep list i belive this is a bug, why is kscreensaver needed for? Also i didnt have most of these apps instaled when i was using kde < 3.4 and showimg worked fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge -p showimg 2. 3. Yes, and like asked by Gregorio you can help us identifying which are the real kdebase splitted ebuilds needed by showimg, so only them can be added to DEPEND instead of the full kdebase-meta.
Sorry, i didnt understand. :) I emerged it without installing the other kde-base packages. Packages required from kdebase-meta: - kde-base/libkonq Other dependencies are: - kde-base/kdelibs - media-plugins/kipiplugins - x11-libs/qt - media-libs/libkexif
