While dev-libs/DirectFB has been upgraded to 0.9.22, dev-libs/DFB++ still sticks with 0.9.20.
To avoid inconsistencies for applications utilizing the C++ interface to DirectFB, both packages should be upgraded synchronously.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable keywords "~x86"
2. emerge DirectFB
3. emerge mplayer with USE="directfb"

Actual Results:  
DFB++ 0.9.20 complains about DirectFB 0.9.20 not being available, as replaced 
by DirectFB 0.9.22 by command 2.

Expected Results:  
Providing DFB++ 0.9.22 instead would allow to interface to emerged DirectFB 
0.9.22

they cant be kept in sync when upstream doesnt release in sync :P
