hard bugs with menu. If you run abiword, and maximize it and make right mouse click (for appearing popup menu) at bottom of editor - you will see UNUSABLE menu (for use you need scroll it first)

nothing todo with abiword, every GTK+ app will behave this way.

This is considered a usability feature, rightclicking wherever you are on the screen (wheter the menu fits onscreen or not) will always get you accessing the same menu-item. May look odd in some cases, but it makes sense.
