In my search for a thread-sane profiler, I ran across rtprof and decided to give it a try, making an ebuild in the process. It works, albeit somewhat slow. Confirmed to work on my primary workstation: portage 2.0.51.19, glibc 2.3.4.20050125, GCC 3.4.3.20050110, binutils 2.15.92.0.2-r4.

There does not seem to be any upstream activity.  Is the project currently maintained?

I don't know. I ultimately decided not to use the profiler, but figured maybe someone might find the ebuild useful.

Going to add an ebuild for this into portage once my connection stabilitizes.

It seems that upstream is not working on this project.  Please re-open when this project is being maintained.
