... and ONCE AGAIN... You sent us a WORD document.

Could you please use a *TEXT* Editor like Notepad, gVim, Emacs or something
similar... and *NOT* a Word processor like Microsoft Word?

Here is the file -- in plaintext.  Once again, can someone who speaks Russian
please confirm that the file made it unscathed?  I don't think it has, as
xmllint isn't even able to verify it.

To Xavier:
"Still has to be checked by someone who knows Russian." - this translation
is technically correct except captions (it's at least Russian!) 
Style needs some extensive editing, indeed.
