configure script doesnt fail but make fails with:

I have this problem, too... Did some checking, and I found that the cause is  
that the kdeadmin-3.4.0.tar.bz2 file doesn't contain the kcmlinuz sources. The 
entire kcmlinuz subdirectory (as seen in 
http://webcvs.kde.org/kdeadmin/?hideattic=0&only_with_tag=KDE_3_4_0_RELEASE ) 
is missing. Can somebody fix this?

kcmlinuz was removed in kde 3.4.0 due to being unmaintained and only supporting 
kernel 2.4.

I guess it existed in the RC tarballs so we kinda missed this fact :-/ 
I'll remove the ebuild.
