compartment is a security tool for running privileged and/or network services in a compartment. This tool supports dropping privs to a user and/or group, chrooting and Linux Capabilities, plus initialization scripts.

To fix:
* LICENSE is wrong
* DESCRIPTION too long
* src_unpack can be removed
* no need to install the licence file, but if you do then use upstream's name
* Use PN, PV etc in SRC_URI rather than hard coding

* LICENSE file removed
* SRC_URI no longer hard coded
* cleared CVS Header
