This seems to be a Microsoft word document.
Please use the plain text format and check xml's validity before committing.

Hi,
  Just had a look -- OpenOffice was able to read the file, although it made a
mess of the XML.  Attached is a (possibly badly corrupted) plaintext file in
UTF-8 encoding.

  Could someone please check the attached file and make sure everything made it
unscathed?  (I'd check it -- but I can't speak a word of Russian)

And yes -- please avoid using Microsoft Word -- axkit doesn't like
Word-formatted XML source very much. ;-)

Fixed <guide> attributes and converted date to YYYY-MM-DD format

Could anyone translate the <pre> captions?

version is 1.2. Where I could find the next one - 1.3?
