media-libs/cogl HOMEPAGE is currently set to https://www.cogl3d.org/ which is no longer in service (parked domain with suspicious content)

The project's new website is https://rib.github.io/cogl/

cogl is an archived project. I am pretty sure what you linked is active either.
I think we should just link to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/cogl or something, until we still have to package it.

I meant that I'm pretty sure that link isn't active either.

On further look, it seems to be the homepage of a project (rig) that uses or used cogl. rig itself looks to be untouched since 2016 as well. Its cogl repository is probably a bit different than what we package, and hasn't been touched since 2014.
