Trying to emerge Multisync with the following flags: +bluetooth +evo -irmc -kdepim -ldap -opi, since I am just interested in a sync with my mobile I get the following output:
...
>>> Source unpacked.
 * Building Multisync with these plugins:
 *       backup_plugin
 *       syncml_plugin
 *       evolution2_sync
...

Note: I don get any reference to any bluetooth component

There are also no bluetooth libs compiled so I could just soft link them

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE= "+bluetooth +evo -irmc -kdepim -ldap -opi" emerge multisync
2.
3.
Actual Results:
I get multisync compiled with evolution2 support however I do not get any
bluettoth support

Expected Results:
Everything compiles correctly

I had this to, it looks like to get bluetooth enabled you need to add "irmc" to your use flag.
Comment 2 John Mylchreest (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-03-21 08:12:39 UTC
correct!
it is actually the irmc plugin which supports bluetooth.
