The media-gfx/gimp-2.10.32 new USE="libjxl" is required to add new feature [1]. Please mask this USE-flag (i.e. media-gfx/gimp libjxl for arch: alpha hppa ia64) or keyword media-libs/libjxl [1]: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/26027 Reproducible: Always
I'd just add masks in your PR, as is done for other pkgs using libjxl. It should probably be a global flag.
Sorry, I misunderstood the NOTE: # NOTE: When masking a USE flag due to missing keywords, please file a keyword # request bug for the hppa arch. from profiles/arch/hppa/package.use.mask and decide that I just need to file a bug. While I must mask USE-flag myself by additional commit.
(In reply to Sergey Torokhov from comment #2) > Sorry, I misunderstood the NOTE: > > # NOTE: When masking a USE flag due to missing keywords, please file a > keyword > # request bug for the hppa arch. We should remove this. This was the personal policy of a now-retired developer who was very fussy about filing keywording bugs.
The media-gfx/gimp[libjxl] is masked now for listed archs.
We can add keywords but someone who uses those architectures must confirm that libjxl builds and works there.
