fixed the x11 dependency

note about the dependecies: I completely emerged alicq with the DEPEND block
commented out and it seemed to work fine (did't perform intesive checks).

note about the useflags: I uses socks5 for proxy detection and alsa/oss for
sound detection. Not quite nice, imo, but I could not find better ones.

note about the license: I have no idea which license it uses. There was no
license file or anything on the website. Sourceforge says something about GPL,
but not if 1 or 2. I guess it's 2, but was not sure so I left it open.

unsupported and unmaintained, last release years ago, no support for latest icq protocol
