Hot on the heels of the last update, I've got a few minor changes to the current mips-requirements page.

Changes:
 * Octane R14000A support marked "Experimental"
 * Octane Serial Support: 9600-8n1 only
 * Moved notes into <ol> tags to tidy things up a little bit.
 * Swapped the Supported/Unsupported columns in the peripheral support table.
