This is a problem. Anyone comes to freenode and we tell them to do it by hand, and it's NOT that much of a pain to do so. People are still coming in with brokenness with the script. There should AT THE VERY LEAST be a warning on the site that it may or may not work properly.

Reproducible: Always

Ahm what does the script different than you do manually ? Right: _nothing_.
I really hope you see that this request is quite illogical.

BTW: I used that script on lots of machines, including but not restricted to fresh installations of 2004.3 and chroots. I just worked. If you have complains about
the script that are not "IT SUCKZ0RZ" and address actual bugs, please file one.
Ranting doesn't help us nor you. INVALID
