psmisc-21.6 has been released.

I attempted to bump local but this version introduces a glibc specific 
functions such as rpmatch() This function does not exists on uClibc systems.
So this psmisc is no good for embedded. 
Upstream will be contacted and hopefully this will be fixed in 21.7

This bug is here to serve as a reminder to anybody that is thinking of adding 
21.6 to the tree to be aware that they need to p.mask =sys-process/psmisc-21.6 
for uClibc profiles (maybe others which are also -nls) this means you Mike Frysinger!

thanks mike that patch solves the problem. 21.6 is now in the tree with a small 
patch and works for uClibc and glibc.
