Here the patch for freebsd-contrib package, with flags to disable objc code from being build (useful) and the risky one to disable c++ building.

I know that no* flags should be deprecated, but nocxx is also used in main ebuilds, for that i copied it over.

For cvs useflag we should need a virtual/cvs (which could be useful also for non-gnu cvs client which are being built, for example opencvs by openbsd project or cvsnt, which should be compatible).

I forgot to update this one (which was one of the most important) which adds a
pair of useful flags (anywone said kerberos?)
