when I try to emerge grsec-sources-2.4.28.2.1.0-r3, I see this error:

after emerge grsec-sources, I have clean linux 2.4.28 sources in /usr/src/grsec-sources-2.4.28.2.1.0, without grsec patches

i've just commited the fix, please emerge sync in 2 hours time and reopen if you still have problems
