vim gives a error on gentoo-syntax, 
cmd=vim foo.ebuild

"foo.ebuild" [New File]
Error detected while processing /usr/share/vim/vimfiles/syntax/ebuild.vim:

Hit ENTER or type command to continue

your can enter and it will go on but the highlighting is not working, 
looked around on the web couldnt find a solution,
