I can't emerge mplayer-1.0_pre6 !

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I would install mplayer: emerge mplayer
2.The build stop every time.
3.

Actual Results:  
The message of error is:

append -O2 to your cflags

Actually no, this is invalid.  3dnow instruction set is amd.
