When I do "emerge --newuse -pv world" these days, i get this output:

As I see, there no package with a new use flag there. Maybe it's got to do with the fact that I moved some use flags from /etc/make.conf to /etc/portage/package.use...

These are regular updates. In this case "emerge --newuse -pv world" == "emerge -pv world"
