IMHO the best place for opd service scipt is inside /etc/init.d/bluetooth

I don't think it is a good idea to include opd in an initscript provided by another package (It would need some PDEPEND magic, and I don't like that). Instead, I wrote a simple initscript, along with a conf.d file, where you can set opd arguments. P.S. I'm not sure if "need bluetooth" line is really needed, as opd can also work in IrDA mode.
How about 'use bluetooth irda' instead?
Thanks, done. :)
