Git diff from the linked KIO repo reverting the cause of the bug

There was a bug with kde-apps/dolphin-22.04.0 not generating thumbnail previews when viewing inside an NTFS-formatted mounted external storage drive.

After researching, I found the bug reported in KDE's bugtracker here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451408

They fixed it by reverting a commit that caused it from their GitLab KIO repository: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/be7d351a8ac4cccc5e66b1d278326e6f26ead1c0

I tested the change by applying the diff from the following link and I was able to build kde-frameworks/kio-5.93.0 successfully and have dolphin work as expected: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/be7d351a8ac4cccc5e66b1d278326e6f26ead1c0.diff

Since 5.94.0 release is due today we will not pursue fixing this in 5.93.0 anymore.
