At the new bug page: http://bugs.gentoo.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided it says under Portage Development "(ebuilds and their bugs do not go here)" this isn't terribly helpful to the new user. Changing it to "(bugs related to ebuilds belong in 'Gentoo Linux')." Ditto on Gentoo Bugzilla where it says "This has NOTHING to do with ebuilds."
