I've moved the mirror from 217.156.27.2 to 217.156.27.3
Please set the new IP address in DNS and accept rsync connections from this IP on rsync1.us.gentoo.org.

DNS and ACL updated. Should take around an hour from this bug closing to update. Let me know if it doesnt take effect.
