Portage works not correct when including an eclass from PORTDIR_OVERLAY (endless-loop)! I don't now, why the simple fix I provided for bug #6033 isn't already in Portage yet! please solve this bug thanks very much

As the Summary says, I know that this is a dublicate-bug; but #6033 is open for a long while and SO TRIVIAL TO FIX - but it isn't fixed! I filed this bug to remember - and not to close it without really fixing the problem!!! Please, someone who has access to Gentoo-CVS, fix it!!! ebuild.sh in CVS was chanced THREE WEEKS ago according to ViewCVS! Having this bugs not beeing fixed soon damages the confidence in Genoo! i'm not going to dictate to drobbins and the other portage people what they should and shouldnt work on please do not reopen this bug
Yes, I reopen!!! This isn't a feature-request, it is a report of a BUG!!! - and this bug is solved so simply!!! only one line in ebuild.sh is needed (see bug #6033 for more info)!!! Well, I'll think I consider to switch to another distro, where the guys are more interested in having a distro whithout bugs ... Yes, solving bugs is often timeconsuming and I agree that sometimes it takes a lot of time till the reason for the bug is found, but drobbins has ONLY TO ADD ONE LINE to solve THIS bug!!! sorry for my impatience.
if you want to remind someone, then post a comment to the bug ... the owners will get the e-mail of you saying 'please fix this' now, DO NOT REOPEN THIS BUG, we have enough other stuff to fix
