The DEPEND settings in current redland ebuild don't specify which versions of Rasqal and Raptor are required to compile Redland 1.0.0.  The Redland release notes say it needs Raptor 1.4.4 and Rasqal 0.9.6.  See http://librdf.org/RELEASE.html.  Redland fails to compile on my machine with older  versions of Rasqal and Raptor.

This updated ebuild just fixes DEPENDS.
