Bug 84070 – net-dialup/freeradius does not install the dialup_admin webinterface

The net-dialup/freeradius package does not install the
dialup_admin webinterface found in the ./dialup_admin/ subdirectory
of the source tarball.
This should be changed (be sure to deal with the webapps herd!).

web-apps, what do you think? can it be done in freeradius ebuild or do we need a separate one?

I'm pretty sure it can be done within the freeradius ebuild.
sys-power/apcupsd does the same.

btw, the dialup_admin depends on php (either dev-php/php-cgi
or dev-php/mod_php I guess) and dev-perl/DateManip (see
dialup_admin/doc/HOWTO in the freeradius source tree).

www-apps herd seems too busy to add comments in b.g.o...

anyway, I've submitted the first version of freeradius-dialupadmin, which is www-apps/freeradius-dialupadmin-1.0.2.  
forgive my eventual mistakes (after all, I am not member of www-apps) and report 'em to bugzilla.

be advised that it would not work unless you install it with "-d /" parameter. anything else would break paths.

well, it could not be made in same ebuild because freeradius do not support slots, which are required for webapps.

I've forgot to install bin files. 
I've corrected in the same version without issuing a new release.
