Hi infra, 

we had some pruning of inactive people and people not on irc in the toolchain team, following today's meeting and the passed motions. 

Please fix the gitolite and similar access lists. 

Here's the list of *all* current toolchain members:

dilfridge, floppym, mattst88, sam, soap, tamiko, xen0n, zorry

Nobody else should have toolchain access.
