there is a new version of vnc available (3.3.4). this ebuild should be updated:

*  net-misc/vnc
      Latest version available: 3.3.3-r3
      Latest version installed: [ Not Installed ]
      Homepage: http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/
      Description: A remote display system which allows you to view a computing
'desktop' environment from anywhere.

also please note that the homepage url has changed to http://www.realvnc.com/

Masked and in portage..needs testing to see if java patches need re-applied

Another important snippet. If you want to unmask all ~x86 KEYWORDSed
ebuilds, add the following to your /etc/make.conf:

ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86"

ACCEPT_KEYWORDS is incremental like USE so it *will* keep the existing
"x86" that is defined in your profile. This can also be done using the
environment for temporary testing purposes:

# export ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" (or "~ppc" or "~sparc", etc.)
