the depend requirements are too strong - currently eclectex requires eclipse-3.0.0* but works fine on eclipse-3.0.1-r2

perhaps ecletex is ready for stable as well
and last but not least ecletex-0.0.4 is out

Copy ${FILESDIR}/build*0.0.3 to ${FILESDIR}/build*0.0.4

I can get a working ecletex with my Eclipse 3.1 with the attached files.
Did not test it with Eclipse 3.0 though.

I actually prefer texlipse for in-Eclipse Latex editing and won't use this.
(See http://texlipse.sourceforge.net/ for that fine plugin (that does not have
an ebuild))

dev-util/ecletex is masked - use Update Manager from eclipse.
