The rdiff-backup website has moved from
 http://rdiff-backup.stanford.edu/
to 
 http://www.nongnu.org/rdiff-backup/
This affects all 4 ebuilds currently in portage (in fact 0.8.0 version has an even older site which no longer exists).

Also there is a new URL for the source tar balls. These are all located in 
  http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/rdiff-backup/

Currently only the only ebuild that breaks is the 0.8.0 but as the tar ball is on the mirrors it is not a problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -s rdiff-backup
2. point my browser at the URL given

Actual Results:  
I get forwarded to another site.  

Expected Results:  
emerge -s rdiff-backup should give the correct URL.

Updated ebuild for version 0.13.6 (see bug #87767) has the correct new URL.

homepage is fixed now
