Can you post "emerge info" and also the output of "opengl-update --get-implementation"

This is very similar to bug 55918, but its a different file this time.

Comment 3 Dion Sole 2005-03-02 07:02:34 UTC
Apologies, I just noticed the "emerge info out in attached file" bit :(
Comment 4 Narada Sage 2005-03-02 07:21:54 UTC
Sorry it's my mistake/oversight. Oddly enough my opengl-update was set to nvidia even though I have no nvidia card. I set it back to xorg-x11 and it worked. Thanks for the opengl tip and sorry for the hassle.

Please close this bug.

sh /usr/portage/dev-lang/perl/files/libperl_rebuilder
should solve this problem ..
takes a while rebuild the perl libs several times ...
Comment 6 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2005-03-03 15:06:32 UTC
has nothing to do with perl / games / sdl

opengl was broken, x11 team can decide what to do with this
Comment 7 Luca Barbato gentoo-dev 2005-03-03 17:44:50 UTC
opengl-update "`opengl-update --get-implementation`" will fix that.

I'll revbump xorg-x11 with the fix since looks like the problem is quite common.

Hm, could you hold off a couple of days on that Luca?
Comment 9 Donnie Berkholz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-05-24 01:11:24 UTC
Should be fixed
