Since a while HTTrack 3.33 is out.
It shall fix several problems with webhttrack as Xavier Roche, one of the developers, has written in his forum at http://forum.httrack.com/readmsg/10527/10524/index.html.

Would be great if the ebuild could be updated.

But I'm getting a compile error, which I've reported in bug #88101.
