Description Zhang Weiwu 2005-03-01 05:30:59 UTC
Here is how portage describe FireBird:

  dev-db/firebird [ Masked ]
      Latest version available: 1.5.2
Latest version installed: [ Not Installed ]
Size of downloaded files: 4,652 kB
      Homepage: http://firebird.sourceforge.net/
Description: A relational database offering many ANSI SQL-92 features
      License: Interbase-1.0

I never used firebird but I believe this is wrong. Very few database nowaways are proud of being able to offer ANSI SQL-92 features. A second look at FireBird website it shows "Firebird is a relational database offering many ANSI SQL-99 features that runs on Linux, Windows, and a variety of Unix platforms." So the ebuild description is obviously mis-typed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
