Picture download utility of any kind is not present in portage at all and this utility fills this gap. It is in early stages of development but it is already useful and serves the purpose. This isn't a gnome package. Also since the package doesn't use autotools, there is no way this ebuild would install anything, and it will fail durring src_install.
