ebuild for par (http://www.djw.org/product/palm/par/). Possibly contains some errors, and maybe it blocks with one of the other two "par" packages that exist in portage, I did not check but it's likely.

just noticed that it should be LICENSE="MPL-1.1", not GPL-2. Should be changed before commit. Sorry!

In CVS, should hit the rsync mirrors shortly. Thanks! I've made a slight change, namely added S="${WORKDIR}/prc" so you just do that instead of having to do a cd twice in the relevant functions.
