Portage 2.0.51.17 says arj-3.10g is the newest version, even though 3.10.21 is newer, and I run ~x86 (even for x86 users it is a problem, as they have 3.10.18 marked as stable).
3.10g should probably be renamed to 3.10.7.

3.10.22-r1 and the offending version gone, closing.

Err, 3.10.22-r1 *stable* and...
