It's been 3 days since i tried to emerge americas army, but the download doesn't start

Try the 230 version

The 230 version is not stable yet, AND It also has the same problem.

Servers hosting this emerge need to be verified and a new emerge generated with actual working servers should be placed in portage. If its not downloadable then what good is it to me as a gentoo user?

I'm sorry.  I just tested both versions in portage and both worked fine for me.

Would you care to provide some debugging output to that effect so we know what host worked for you? I have tried to emerge both several times tonight and both fail, unable to contact to a viable server.

The best luck I have gotten so far is portage freezing on attempting to wget http://3dgamers.iinet.net.au/pub/3dgamers5/games/americasarmy/armyops221-linux.run and it just sits there and does nothing when it does so.
