Will create a blog site for Gentoo GSoC. www.gentoo.org/gsoc I will add it to planet/universe. Significant Difference of this Blog vs. other developer blogs: 1. Administrators for GSoC (2022 = BlueKnight and Sam) will get admin rights to the blog. 2. Mentors will get Editor access to help edit the pages, etc. (Administrators will maintain this, and at the end of GSOC, they will be set as subscribers). Since most devs have IDs, nothing will need to be done. 3. GSOC members will have an ID created with the following guidelines. The handle will be the handle they want if available with "-GSOC22" at the end. We will set up this id with their personal Gmail address. They will be sent to authors of the blog and will be required to blog at least once a week about the GSOC experience on the GSOC blog. We will use the disabling procedure below at the end of the year. A. Set the rights on the GSOC blog to subscribers. B. If a user becomes Gentoo Staff or developer, we will file a ticket and change the handle to a Gentoo address.
